Please read before booking
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session.
Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance must be paid on or before the day of your session, unless agreed otherwise.
By paying your deposit, you confirm that you have
❋ Booking & Deposit
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange your session.
Deposits are non-refundable, but with sufficient notice I may allow your deposit to be transferred to a new date.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may require a new deposit to rebook.
Failure to attend without notice may result in the full session fee becoming payable.
❋ Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please arrive on time for your session.
If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened so that it does not affect other bookings.
Significant lateness may result in the session needing to be rearranged.
❋ Late Arrivals
All final photographs are professionally edited in my photography style.
RAW and unedited images are not provided.
The number of final images included will depend on the package or session booked.
Your estimated turnaround time will be confirmed when booking and may vary during busy periods.
Additional editing requests outside my usual editing style may not always be possible.
❋ Editing & Image Delivery
Children must be supervised by their parent or responsible adult at all times.
Please let me know before your session about any allergies, additional needs, accessibility requirements or anything else that may affect the shoot.
Parents or guardians remain responsible for their children throughout the session.
❋ Client Responsibility
Copyright of all photographs remains with Sophie Alice Photography.
You are welcome to share your final images online for personal use.
Please do not heavily edit or alter the final photographs, apply filters, or remove watermarks where applicable.
Your photographs will only be used on my website, portfolio, advertising or social media where appropriate consent has been given.
Choosing not to consent to social-media or portfolio use will not affect your booking or photographs.
❋ Copyright & Social Media
Sessions may take place at my home setup in Berkshire or at an agreed client home or location where suitable space, access and lighting are available.
Outdoor sessions may need to be rearranged if weather conditions make the shoot unsuitable or unsafe.
❋ Home & Location Services
Due to the time involved in photographing and professionally editing your images, refunds are not offered once the final images have been delivered.
If there is an issue with your gallery, please contact me so I can discuss it with you.
